Terms of Use

By accessing or using rg-leads.com (the "Site") and the services offered through it (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Service.

The Service is operated by TD Holding, part of the RocketGrow.pl group ("RG-Leads", "we", "us"). Contact: matt@rg-leads.com.

RG-Leads is a pay-per-lead client acquisition service. The Site lets prospective clients describe their needs and request contact. Submitting the funnel form does not create a binding agreement — any paid engagement requires a separate written order, contract or invoice accepted by both parties.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of any business you represent. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when using the form, and to keep it up to date.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, fraudulent or third-party data without authorisation;
• Use the Site to send spam, malware or any unlawful content;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or related systems;
• Scrape, copy, resell or redistribute Site content without our prior written consent;
• Interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Site.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and the underlying software — is owned by RG-Leads or its licensors and is protected by applicable IP laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Site for its intended purpose.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g. RocketGrow.pl). We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those sites.

The Site and Service are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RG-Leads and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to PLN 1,000 or the amounts paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is higher.

You agree to indemnify and hold RG-Leads harmless from any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.

We may modify or discontinue the Site or any part of it at any time. We may also update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction over the seat of TD Holding, unless mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence provide otherwise.
